At Golf318, we value your time and commitment. To ensure fair access and efficient scheduling for all customers, we follow the refund policy below for simulator bay rentals, lessons, and other bookings.

Full Refund:

Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled start time will receive a full refund.

​

Partial Refund:

Cancellations made between 6 and 12 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a 50% refund.

​

No Refund:

Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable.

​

Late Arrivals & No Shows:

Failure to arrive on time or show up for a reservation will be treated as a cancellation without refund.

Rescheduling:

Bookings may be rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance without penalty, subject to availability.
